Foundations Course
Foundations is our structured introduction to strength training.
It’s ideal for true beginners, anyone nervous about stepping into larger group sessions, or those who simply want to properly understand how functional movement patterns should be performed.
The course can be delivered either 1 to 1 or in a small group setting. Get in touch to find out when the next course is running.
Over the duration of the programme, you’ll learn how to hinge, squat, lunge, press and pull, along with more advanced techniques as your confidence grows. All while building strength and understanding at the same time.
Every participant begins with a movement screen so we know exactly where you’re starting from. It also gives us way to track your improvement through the course.
By the end of Foundations, you’ll have:

• Stronger movement foundations
• More confidence with kettlebells
• A clearer understanding of how training works
For many, Foundations becomes a stepping stone into classes or personal training. For others, it provides enough confidence and knowledge to continue training independently.

Personal Training at RGF is built for focused, intentional progress.
Client goals vary, but our approach stays consistent. We prioritise strength and performance first. In our experience, when those improve, everything else tends to follow.
This is premium coaching, tailored entirely to you.
Programmes are structured and progressive, built around your body, your goals and your schedule. Using online training systems, we can set home or gym workouts, allowing us to offer in person, online and hybrid coaching.

Combo Packages
For many members, the most effective way to progress is to combine small group training with 1 to 1 coaching.
Classes provide consistency, community and structured strength work. Personal training allows for deeper technical feedback, individualised programming and focused progression.
Together, they create a balanced approach that often accelerates results, without sacrificing structure or sustainability.
We offer combination packages that include both class access and personal training credits. Members who choose a combined package also receive a discounted rate, making it a smart and practical option for those wanting to go further.
