Our Coaches

RGF isn’t just about the workouts, it’s about the people leading them.

Real people. Real coaching. Real support.

Meet the team who coach you, support you and help you get stronger in a way that fits your life.

Connor

Founder / Master Coach

Connor started Real Good Fitness after years in the industry feeling frustrated by trends, noise and ego. He wanted to build something more grounded, more community focused and more honest.

For him, movement has always been about having fun, feeling capable and clear headed. Coaching felt like the natural way to pass that on.

Why did you get into training?
I’ve always loved moving. From climbing trees and playing sport to lifting weights, it’s just been part of who I am. Coaching became a way to help people feel strong without the intimidation that often comes with gyms.

Favourite exercise?
I Love and hate the Kettlebell Snatch. It demands strength, power and control!

Fitness pet peeve?
Coaches who shout cues without actually teaching people how to move well.

Outside of coaching?
You’ll usually find me outdoors, training, exploring, or playing chess

Kody

Lead Coach

Kody brings calm focus and a strong technical eye to sessions. He cares about helping people move well and improve steadily over time. His coaching is precise and considered, helping you refine technique while building real strength.

He’s big on consistency and long term progress, the kind that adds up week after week rather than chasing short bursts of intensity.

Why did you get into training?
I’ve always been fascinated by the science behind the body and how it can be improved, especially within a sport setting. Training lets me apply that knowledge in a practical way.

Favourite exercise?
Barbell back squat. There’s nothing like lifting something heavy.

Fitness pet peeve?
Over crowded equipment.

Outside of coaching?
You’ll usually find me playing linebacker for the Bristol Aztecs, training hard, or working on getting stronger myself.

Interested in Coaching With Us?

RGF is built on strong coaching and strong community.

If you’re Level 3 qualified, or working towards it, and believe in structured, supportive strength training, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re always interested in speaking to coaches who care about quality, progression and long term development, not quick fixes or ego driven training.

As we continue to grow, we’re also open to conversations with coaches who are interested in starting and leading new RGF locations in their area.

If you’re serious about developing as a coach, get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself.
