Our Classes

RGF isn’t some kind of military boot camp where someone shouts at you for not going fast enough. It’s a safe space for you to improve, at your own pace.

All of our sessions are built around small group coaching, progressive programming and strength that carries into real life.

We cap numbers so you’re never lost in a crowd. Every session is coached properly. Every movement is scalable.

We work in structured terms, building strength and skill week by week. You’re not just turning up and hoping for the best, you have a clear path for progress.

We use a simple digital log book so you can track your lifts across the term and see your progress build over time.

As each week flows into the next and each term builds from the previous, we track your development through regular Success Markers. Not to compete, just to show you how far you’ve come.

Whether you’re brand new or years into training, we meet you where you are and help you get better from there.


BASE

Base helps you build the kind of strength that carries you through everyday life, keeping up with the kids, staying strong for the things you love, or simply feeling good in your own body.

We focus on the movements that matter, squats, deadlifts, lunges and upper body work that builds real, usable strength.

Weight, reps and intensity are adjusted to meet you where you are, whether you’re here because you know you should be, or because you genuinely love the challenge.

Our programming cycles through different focuses so your body keeps adapting and you keep progressing. No two blocks are identical, but they all work toward the same goal: a body that’s resilient and capable, and a mind that feels confident and motivated.


PEAK

This is where we pick up the pace.

More dynamic, more explosive, more demanding, but still built around movements that make you stronger for life.

Expect powerful lifts, throwing drills, jumps and athletic movement that raise your heart rate and your output.

It’s faster and more technical than Base, but it’s still coached and still scalable. If you’ve built the foundations and want to test them, this is your space.
